Providing complete nutritional support for women, Active Iron Women contains two components:

Preparation
Directions for Use
Adults, pregnant women and children over 12 years take 1 capsule of Active Iron and 1 Active Multivitamin tablet daily with water or fruit juice.
Active Iron is gentle enough to take on an empty stomach.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do not exceed the daily dose without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
