History: The Chenin Blanc grapes are grown in the Worcester region. The town of Worcester is known as " a small town, with an old soul and a big heart".

The Pinotage grapes are grown in the 'uber trendy' region of Swartland.

The two wines are blended prior to bottling.

Regional information: Vineyard name: Glen Rosa Vineyards and Swartland Vineyard location: Worcester and Swartland region.

Vinification: The Chenin Blanc grapes are all hand harvested in the early hours of the morning and processed as cool as possible. They are pressed to stainless steel fermentation tanks (inoculated with cultured yeast) and the juice is handled reductively. The wine is kept on the fine lees to develop flavours.

The Pinotage grapes are also hand harvested; then crushed and destemmed into stainless steel fermentation tanks. Extraction is achieved through aerated pump overs and a total of 2 weeks on the skins.
