Preparation

Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Microwave: From Chilled
Powe: High (800W)
Time: 5 mins
Pierce the film at several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 3 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Microwave on full power for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Instructions are based on an 800W microwave oven. For lower wattage ovens, heating time should be increased.
Oven cook: From Chilled
Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5
Time: 20-25 mins
Place meal on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity.
Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some small pieces may remain.
