FEEDING GUIDE
These sunflower seeds can be used in seed feeders, on a bird table and also spread on the ground. It is recommended that you feed wild birds all year round, through the colder winter months and throughout the spring and summer to help the adult birds raise their young. Feed from a sheltered location that offers protection from bad weather and keep away from shrubs that may harbour predators.
