Instructions
1. Break and lift perforated flap. Tear off circular portion.
2. Pull neck of the tap out and locate into cut out. Refit the flap.
3. Tear off the tap seal.
4. Pour by holding up the wings.

History: Vina Maipo was founded in 1948 in the Maipo Valley, a world-renowned region for producing wines of outstanding quality. Since its inception in 1583, the people of the town of Maipo have shown deep religiosity, focusing their social life around the town's church. Every year on the 8th of December the villagers have a celebration to honour the Virgin Mary, praying to her for their land and future harvests.

Regional information: Vina Maipo has expanded its activity to the main wine valleys within the Central Valley Region of Chile. Grapes are sourced from the White House Valley, Maipo Valley, Rappel Valley and the Maule Valley. The Central Valley Region has a temperate Mediterranean climate with a dry and luminous ripening season, diverse soils and precise humidity and temperature patterns.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks.
