Ciao! We are two friends: Matteo (proper Italian) and nick (looks a bit Italian) and we love Italian food. We met whilst working at the white rabbit pub in Oxford, where we cooked authentic Italian pizzas for the locals. Determined that nobody should be left out, Teo created gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan versions of his recipes, so that everyone could share in the joy of real Italian food, whatever their dietary needs. We're still on the same mission... But now we want the whole nation to join us. Italian classics for everyone!

Preparation
Oven cook: From Frozen
Teo's Cooking Guide
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C.
(Teo's tip - be patient here, a super-hot oven makes all the difference!).
2. Remove the film cover, make sure toppings are spread evenly across the pizzetta, place on a baking tray and cook for around 16 mins.
3. Once cheese has melted and the crust is nice and crispy, you're good to go.
